We can enhance images from most 360° cameras, but there are specific technical considerations. Notably, we cannot directly work with raw dual fisheye 360° images due to the loss of essential metadata during upload. In this context, metadata refers to crucial information embedded in the image file, necessary for accurate processing and stitching of the 360° view. Without this information, the image cannot be rendered accurately.
To ensure compatibility, we recommend exporting your images as equirectangular JPEGs. The equirectangular format is a type of image projection that represents the 360° field of view in a flat, rectangular image. You can typically perform this conversion using your camera's dedicated app or software. By converting to this format, the images retain the necessary information for us to enhance them effectively.
We accept regular 360° images, also known as equirectangular JPGs taken with a 360° camera. We are unable enhance fisheye images or non-360° images.
Yes, we can enhance images from Matterport Pro2 cameras. Please provide us with 360° panorama snapshots for enhancement, item removal & virtual cleaning, or virtual staging.
