In our latest video, our co-founder Brad Filliponi shows us how to easily shoot a 360° Virtual Tour. Shooting a property for a 360° Virtual Tour requires careful planning and attention to detail to create an immersive and engaging experience for viewers.

Here are Brad’s quick tips to help you capture high-quality images for an engaging virtual tour:

  What you’ll need:

  • A quality 360° camera that can capture high-resolution images
  • A monopod

  1. Prepare the Home

Remove any unnecessary items and clutter from the rooms to create a clean and inviting space. Ensure the home is well lit and consider staging furniture and decor to enhance the property's appeal.

Insider tip: Running short on time? Our editors can remove any unwanted items from the photos with our 360° Item Removal edit. Plus, our 360° Virtual Staging service can digitally decorate your shots with stylish, photorealistic furniture.

2. Set up Your Equipment

Position your 360° camera on the monopod at the room's center. Ensure that your camera is level, and your monopod is stable. Scan around the room using the camera's app to ensure comprehensive coverage before commencing the shoot.
