SHOOTING REAL ESTATE WITH THE IPHONE 15 AND SNAPSNAPSNAP
With the recent release of the iPhone 15, we decided to test how well it can shoot real estate photos.
In our latest vlog, our co-founder Brad Filliponi shoots a property using the iPhone 15 and our photography app to enhance the capabilities of the camera and ensure top-notch images. The secret to SnapSnapSnap is its ability to enhance the iPhone’s standard camera with similar techniques and settings that a professional photographer would use.
Make sure you watch the full video to see the results and learn some of Brad’s tips and tricks.
In this photoshoot:
- To get the best possible results, the iPhone 15 was secured onto a Manfrotto tripod with a smartphone clamp.
- Brad takes photos of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and outdoor spaces to test the phone out in all lighting conditions.
Setting up for Success
Brad said the key to a successful photo shoot lies in preparation.
“The most important thing is to make sure the property is prepped before you take your photos. That will save you a lot of time during the photo shoot,” said Brad.
To streamline the process for this shoot, he followed our pre-photography checklist to ensure the property was photo-ready.
Attention to detail before clicking the first picture sets the foundation for stunning and efficient results.
Versatility in Marketing
Brad highlights the versatility of photos taken with SnapSnapSnap, describing them as perfect for any type of marketing, whether it's print or digital. From flyers to online marketing and signboards, the app covers all bases.
As Brad puts it, "If you’re a property manager, commercial agent, or residential agent, this app is your secret weapon. It’s ready in your pocket any time you need it."
So, How Does the iPhone 15 Perform?
Here’s a glimpse of the photos Brad took with the iPhone 15 and SnapSnapSnap.

Examining the captured shots, Brad draws attention to the exterior windows, emphasizing the balance in brightness and clarity across the entire shot. No areas are left over or underexposed, ensuring the photos showcase every detail of the property.
“This is the correct way to shoot real estate,” Brad said.
“SnapSnapSnap takes seven shots at different exposures, with the press of a button. All these shots are then merged in the editing process, to give one amazing-looking photo,” he said.
