“Real life staging gets really expensive, so virtual staging is a nice alternative for selling the vision for that empty room. 

“It gives people an idea of what the space could look like, without having to invest in physically staging the house,” she said.  

Virtual staging also allows for the flexibility to target a specific demographic of buyer with different décor, without having to lug furniture around when you want to freshen it up.  

“Virtual staging also allows you to put a different feeling in the room, such as a contemporary or a farmhouse vibe,” Taylor said.  

“You can do a lot more with virtual staging with a lot less money. 

“With physical staging you can’t change the furniture every week. You have a bit more freedom with virtual staging,” she said.
